Install:

Configure as relay node, not exit node (do not do exit nodes unless you know exactly you are getting into!)
vim /etc/tor/torrc
enable:
ORPort 9001
ExitPolicy reject *:* # no exits allowed

Arm

Monitor tor bandwidth use:

install:
$ sudo apt-get install tor-arm

add to /etc/tor/torrc
DisableDebuggerAttachment 0

to run
$ arm
